Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Conduct marketing campaigns via website, emails, and social media channels.
- Maintain calendar schedules and measure progress regularly.
SEO
- Conduct a full technical SEO audit along with resolving all on-page issues.
- Conduct keyword research and develop a backlink strategy.
- Monitor ranks and traffic via Google Search Console and SEMrush.
IT Hiring
- Source suitable candidates for IT jobs on LinkedIn, Rozifyhub, and Mustakbil.
- Screen CVs, perform background checks, and assist HR with the selection process.
Website Development & Management
- Develop websites on WordPress and other platforms.
- Manage website content and plugins and troubleshoot minor issues.
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Marketing/other relevant field (HEC recognized university is preferred)
- At least 2 years of practical experience in digital marketing or SEO
- Prior experience working with WordPress platforms is a must
- Should be based out of Islamabad or nearby area
- Medical billing & coding industry experience preferred

- Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Looker Studio

- Certification in Google Analytics or Google Ads
